Digital Products / Downloads

How do I receive my digital teaching materials after purchase?

Immediately after your purchase, you will automatically receive an email with your order confirmation or invoice.
You will receive all your personal download links in a separate email. This way, you can download your teaching materials immediately and get started.

I didn't receive a download link – what can I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. Especially with email addresses from schools, it can happen that automatic messages are blocked by the firewall or email filter.

If you have not received a download link or an order confirmation, simply contact us.
We will personally send you your download links and the order receipt as soon as possible.

How long can I download my purchased files?

Your download link generally does not expire. However, to protect our digital products, the number of downloads is limited to 5 downloads per product.

We therefore recommend that you save your files securely after downloading. Should something still be lost or you need another download, please contact us - we will be happy to help you.

May I share the teaching materials with other teachers?

As a general rule, the license applies to one teacher and their class. If several teachers, teaching assistants, or other specialists work together with the same class, the material may, of course, be used within this class team.

Passing it on to other classes, teachers, or schools, or uploading it to shared platforms or drives for general use is not permitted. Commercial distribution or resale is also excluded.

We are a small company and invest a lot of time and passion in developing our materials. We would therefore be even happier if you recommend "lehrreich" instead of sharing our files. ❤️

Can I return or exchange digital products?

As long as a digital product has not yet been downloaded, we can generally consider a refund.

Once downloaded, returns or exchanges are generally no longer possible due to the nature of digital products. However, if there is a problem with a file or your order, please contact us at any time – we will be happy to work with you to find a solution.

Physical Products / Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the delivery country, size, and weight of the order and will be clearly displayed to you at checkout before you complete your order.

For Switzerland and Germany, we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Thanks to our location near the German border, we can directly dispatch orders to Germany via Deutsche Post, thereby avoiding unnecessary international shipping costs.

From what order value is shipping free?

For orders over CHF 100.– or € 100.– (may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate), we cover the shipping costs for your order.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Normally, we will get your order ready for shipping within 3 business days. As many of our products are manufactured, assembled, and packaged by us, processing times may take up to one week in exceptional cases, depending on the order volume.

Can I order digital and physical products together?

Yes, you can easily order digital and physical products together.

You will receive digital products immediately after purchase via email as a download. Your physical products will be prepared separately and then sent to you by post.

Can I return or exchange physical products?

Yes. For physical products, we grant you a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return an item without defects, you only bear the costs for the return shipment.

If a product arrived defective or damaged, we will, of course, cover the incurred costs and arrange for a suitable solution.

You can easily request a return or exchange via our return form. You will find the corresponding button at the bottom right of our website. This also works for a guest order. Alternatively, you can initiate your return via your orders in your customer account.

Products & Manufacturing

Where are your stamps and products made?

Our stamps are manufactured, assembled, and packaged by us in our studio in Switzerland. We not only focus on high-quality workmanship but also on keeping transport distances as short as possible and making a conscious choice of materials.

What materials are your stamps made of?

For our stamps, we deliberately focus on materials that are as natural and sustainable as possible. The stamp handles are made of FSC-certified beech wood, which we source from Switzerland.

For the stamp plate, we use natural rubber instead of synthetic, petroleum-based rubber. For our storage and shipping packaging, we also rely as much as possible on recyclable materials such as paper and cardboard and avoid plastic wherever it makes sense to do so.

In this way, even with a small everyday product like a stamp, we try to combine quality, durability, and a conscious use of resources.

What's special about your stickers for school?

Our sticker sheets are specially designed for teachers and entire school classes. Instead of having as many different designs as possible, a sheet deliberately contains several identical or similar stickers. This way, many children can receive a suitable sticker – without their favorite design being gone after the first child. 😊

We also take a different approach with the material: Our stickers are made of matte paper without vinyl or plastic coating. This means, for example, that stickered worksheets can still be disposed of with waste paper.
We source our high-quality sticker paper locally from fischerpapier.ch

Paper stickers are naturally less water and weather resistant than vinyl stickers. However, for their actual purpose – worksheets, notebooks, rewards, and small motivational moments in everyday school life – paper is deliberately the right choice for us.

What materials are your stamps made of?

We produce our stamps ourselves in our studio in Switzerland. For the stamp handles, we use FSC-certified beech wood, which we source from Switzerland.

When it comes to the stamp rubber, we also consciously opt for a more sustainable material choice: Our stamp plates are made of natural rubber instead of synthetic, petroleum-based rubber. Natural rubber is a renewable raw material and can have a lower carbon footprint compared to synthetic rubber.

How sustainable is your packaging?

We also make sure to use materials as consciously as possible for our packaging. For boxes, inner packaging, and shipping materials, we use recyclable paper and cardboard.

A special feature is our void fill material: For this, we use thin waste paper from a local printing company, which accumulates there as an intermediate layer in the production process and is no longer needed. Instead of disposing of it directly, we take the rolls and reuse the paper in our studio to cushion and protect orders.
